In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "perabet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the perabet platform and its operating entity, accessible at perabet.asia.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a perabet account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the perabet platform.
• "Platform" means the perabet website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot games, bingo, live dealer games, sports betting, and any other gaming products available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by perabet to players.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player into their perabet account in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity and age verification process required by perabet.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

By accessing the perabet Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and perabet. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on perabet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. perabet does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game on the Platform.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of perabet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by perabet for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. perabet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any time.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account – whether under the same or different personal details – is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.

You agree to notify perabet immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. perabet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them with a third party.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change – including your address, contact number, or payment method – you must update your Account profile promptly or contact perabet support.

perabet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including but not limited to requests for proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or suspension.

All deposits and withdrawals on the perabet Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). perabet supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved channels. Available payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account within minutes of a successful transaction. perabet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements.
• perabet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

perabet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if additional verification is required. In such cases, perabet will notify you and request any necessary documentation.

perabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The following general rules apply to all perabet bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. perabet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• perabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms – will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.

Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

All games available on the perabet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

perabet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.

The following general betting rules apply across the Platform:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. perabet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. perabet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, perabet will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to your Account.
• Winnings from games will be credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon the conclusion of each game round.
• perabet reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a software malfunction, data feed error, or any other technical issue that has materially affected the integrity of the game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the perabet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such exploit must be reported to perabet immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing perabet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from perabet.

All content on the perabet Platform – including but not limited to the perabet name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video – is the exclusive property of perabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform.
• Use any perabet trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of perabet's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details provided in Section 16.

perabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

perabet collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by perabet, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team using the details in Section 16.

perabet uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and perabet cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

perabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all perabet players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during play reminding you of the time spent and amount wagered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

perabet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We use age verification technology and manual KYC checks to prevent underage access to the Platform. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the Account immediately pending verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, perabet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions or outcomes.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Technical failures, system errors, or connectivity issues beyond perabet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

perabet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude perabet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

perabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• perabet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Regulatory requirements or applicable law require perabet to restrict or terminate your Account.
• You have requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

Upon termination of your Account for a breach of these Terms, perabet reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to perabet.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting perabet support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

perabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, perabet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting perabet support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with perabet informally by contacting our support team. perabet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through direct communication.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels under Philippine law.
